# Negocios

> Del interesado al cierre: oportunidades y pipelines.

Un **negocio** (oportunidad) es el interesado amarrado a un inmueble y a una etapa del pipeline. Ahí vive quien arrienda y vende.

## Flujo

1. El contacto deja de ser solo un chat: se abre o avanza una oportunidad.
2. Etapa, valor, responsable y actividad quedan en el tablero.
3. Se gana, se pierde o se queda quieto — visible para el equipo comercial.

## Invariantes

* API: `opportunities` y pipelines/columnas/motivos de pérdida.
* Suite **Comercial** = agente sin `suite_role` (alcance amplio de agente).
* MCP `opportunities:read`: negocios quietos (`list_stalled_opportunities`).
