# Centro de ayuda

> Portales y artículos de la cuenta para quien atiende.

El **centro de ayuda** es el knowledge base de la cuenta: portales, categorías y artículos para responder con material propio.

## Flujo

1. Se configura un portal (`portals`) con contenido.
2. Quien tiene permiso de knowledge base lo mantiene.
3. El equipo (suite Servicio) lo usa al atender.

## Invariantes

* En API de cuenta: `portals` bajo `/api/v1/accounts/{account_id}/portals`.
* **No** confundir con el portal de arriendo público ni con el portal de propietario.
* Suite Servicio (`suite_role: service`) suma `knowledge_base_manage`.
